The NJ Star Ledger fills in more of the details – this only gets worse. Indiana leased its toll road for 75 years to get $3.6 billion in cash to try to fund an underfunded teacher’s retirement fund. Some of that money is what’s at risk if the Supreme Court turns down the emergency request tomorrow.
