Glenn is going to get in serious trouble if he keeps doing “The sky is falling” opinion that morphs into an ad for GoldLine. That’s totally against the FCC rules. Commercial messages have to be identified as being a commercial when they start, either by a clear statement “this hour brought to you by”… or a distinct “break” in the show with a separate message that is an obvious advertisement. It also eventually will leave listeners wondering how much of “the sky is falling” is truth and how much it is manipulation to scare people to buy gold.
