Porn surfing at the SEC – the story planted by friends of Goldman Sachs to create a distraction…. but here is the real question – is the problem that government employees were viewing porn, or that they were not doing work? If the logs showed government employees goofing off by reading Daily Koz or Free Republic, isn’t that just as bad?
