“Michigan Christian Militia” released on bail. All 9 of the members were set free pending trial. The judge in Detroit said that unpleasant or ugly speech is protected by the First amendment. The fact that she is letting them out on bail suggests she doesn’t believe there was any conspiracy to set off a weapon of mass destruction to hurt local law enforcement – other than maybe the one sugggested by the FBI/CAIR informant. 1st amendment 1 – SPLC/CAIR 0.
