As the old song goes, “five feet high and rising“– the Cumberland River is flooding portions of the city of Nashville, including the current home of the Grand Ole Opry… the old Ryman Auditorium isn’t affected by the floods, so they’re continuing most of the shows there for the time being, with some being moved back to the War Memorial Auditorium, which the Opry hasn’t used since World War II.
