Racial Profiling or not? My bank’s fraud department suspected a problem with a $1,000 charge from a Chinese Restaurant located 2000 miles from where I live. Would it be wrong for the bank to have included the type of restaurant in their fraud screening algorithm?

The problem that I see here is that ‘racial’ is fraudulently linked to profiling. Profiling is how law enforcement gets the job done ! Lets get away from profiling is BAD. If it looks suspicious it probably is.
