Would Global Warming increase malaria? (if you accept the premise that it exists and we could do anything to stop it…)

Malaria is not a “tropical” disease. It used to be a virulent disease in Europe, including the Soviet Union prior to the decision to systematically eliminate it. The reason malaria exists in the triopics is things like rapidly growing population density, differences in agricultural techniques, cutting down of forests, large migrations of people due to wars and lack of programs to control the spread of the disease.
