Pray for Jay Marvin

When I was working in Chicago, Jay Marvin was on WLS-AM. While Jay’s politics and mine couldn’t be more different, at least Jay was thoughtful and not a liberal of the Huffington Post reflex type. Jay has had an infection of his spinal column and is really bad shape. He is having an operation today lasting 10 hours, and even so will have a very tough recovery. Having had my own bout with back surgery, I can’t imagine how unbearable the pain must be. Fight the good fight.
