My father was blind and growing up I had the opportunity to meet a number of handicapped adults. When government gets involved, compassion and accomodation grow into entitlement. The ADA grows from reasonable accommodation to lawyers running scams hiring the disabled to search for nooks and crannies where they can’t reach and then suing, when they had no intention of buying anything.
If you are prone to nightmares, don’t watch this video. It’s highly probable it ended in death, although you don’t see it. From the comments, it apparently happened in Korea.
