North Korea is undergoing a transition to a new leader, and that can be a dangerous time as the military tests their power and the abilities of the new leader.
Today, North Korea opened fire on a South Korean island and South Korea launched F16s in response. It was close to the end of the trading day in Asia, but Asian stocks plummeted in response in the short time after the news hit.
