It is bad.
The irony is almost as bad as some of the c@%p that the drive by media spews out as “reporting”.
But the most pertinent question still has to be asked:
Has the current Administration accepted their terms?
To the best of my knowledge, the US government doesn’t have a say. The account I read mentioned that James Baker was involved in the negotiations. About half of the money is coming from Switzerland, where money was being held for some reason not mentioned in the story.
China will be more than happy to replace the United Stares and Europe in developing natural resources in Africa.
