FStream for the iPhone – this free app lets you listen to Windows Media format streams (WMA) on the iPhone, which will open up a LOT more stations. The downside is I don’t see a way yet to allow a hyperlink to launch an iPhone app and pass it a startup string to tell it to play a specific station.
