One of the old poll questions asks what a Shaytard is. The answer is that it is one of the most popular channels on Youtube – it is a guy, his wife and his family of four children as they grow up.
While testing, I heard someone calling into Dave Ramsey who claimed to be a “social media expert” and was making money from creating content for YouTube. At the time, I didn’t connect the dots that it was Shay Carl!
I find it odd that Shay Carl has never mentioned Dave Ramsey before today on his videos that I remember. Dave was eating it up.
Am I the only one here who didn’t know who or what Shay Carl was? I had to look it up. I’m feeling veeeery out of touch.
On the other hand, I know the Dave Ramsey segment of “I’m debt free” can be cheesy, but I do congratulate those folks…good for them and good for Dave for inspiring them.
