The government forces are now in control of Brega in Eastern Libya – there is only one major town left now beween the Libyian military and the “Rebel Capital” city of Benghazi. There are reports that pro-government troops are coming out of hiding in Benghazi.
By the time NATO, the UN, the ICC, the EU and Arab League decide to do something, the war in Libya will be over and the “provisional government” will be in exile in France. I estimate that to be on Wednesday, by the latest.
It’s going to be hard to justify aggressive military force against the government of Libya after the pretense of the puppet government no longer exists.
