I think it was a tactical mistake to cloud the issue with whether or not TARP is being misused. They should have argued only that bankrupcty law was not being followed. This is the same thing the State Treasurer did on Glenn Beck’s show.
I wish Glenn had asked… “If Tim Geithner offers you $6 million to go away, will you?” (that’s the amount the State of Indiana is losing if this goes through)
