Da Nile is a river in Egypt

and Sudan and Ethopia want it back.

Egypt’s Prime Minister is going to Sudan soon to discuss the fact that most of the upstream neighbors have agreed that Egypt can no longer take 60% of the water from the Nile based on treaties made by England with itself on the way out the door in the 1950s.

What will the U.N. position be when Egptian tanks storm over the border into South Sudan and the African Union (“black” Africa) vs Arab League turns into a full scale regional war over water rights? “North Sudan” (the Arab Part) has not signed onto the agreement with the other 6 upstream countries.
