President Obama’s 5 day promise – the NY Times Video feature tries to explain away why Candidate Obama’s promise to post all bills online for 5 days before he signs them is a promise he can’t keep, and somewhat meaningless since by the time he gets the bill, it can’t be changed. You mean his extensive 2 years of experience in the U.S. Senate didn’t teach him how the process of passing a bill actually works?
