WMEQ-AM wins a prize for something…. – it’s a Clear Channel station in Menomonie, WI. They only stream local programming, which is a problem since they carry synidcated program 24×6.83…. The only non-syndicated programming is from 8am-noon on Sunday (church services)…. Any volunteers to test it on Sunday?

Ok…I’ll have a go at it.
Most of the programs they carry (Coast to Coast, Rush, Jason Lewis, Dean Edell, Leo Laporte) are Clear Channel properties… considering most other CC stations carry those shows without problems, why would they have any problems streaming those things?
And what’s the deal with three different pictures of Dennis Miller on the station’s schedule???
Many of the non-rated market Clear Channel news/tatlk stations don’t stream at all. The only time I’ve ever heard them stream was a high school sporting event….
i still don’t see any way to test, no buttons or anything, is Firefox the problem?
Did you go to the volunteer page? The link is under the scoreboard list. A good place to start is testing stations rather than programs… Fewer things to cause confusion. Firefox shouldn’t be an issue as long as you have IETab installed… A few stations still won’t play on Firefox, but that list is shrinking
that was it – i had to agree to the statement there….firefox seems to work ok on most…i rather not install IETab if i dont have to as i have tabmixplus, not sure if they would conflict….
