Jerry Agar returns home to Canada – Agar…

Posted on February 22, 2010 by Art Stone

Jerry Agar returns home to Canada – Agar was at one time doing shows in Chicago (WLS) and New York (WABC) while actually living in Kansas City. He then moved to Chicago… I think he ended up on WGN for a while.

Turns out Agar is another Canadian refugee, and he’s now returned home to CFRB in Toronto to shake things up.

Listened to AGAR a lot… It’s kind of embarassing, when listening to him (a Canadian) and a caller (originally from NEW ZEALAND) talk about AMERICAN history… and I learned things from THEM.

CFRB does stream – I did some tweaks to make CFRB work (again)…. so you can listen to Agar talk with his Canadian persona, eh?

Thanks for the listing… I had found you could listen live from their website, but you’re already a step ahead …

Jerry Agar is still doing shows on WGN on the weekend (when it’s not baseball season)… Spring training is starting soon…
