Change to polling – in an attempt to track down the multiple voting problem, the voting module will not offer you the opportunity to vote unless your browser has accepted the cookie that has your session ID in it. Voting doesn’t require being logged in to vote (which I would like to keep in place). When people share an IP address with multiple computers (like people at work behind a proxy server) or take a laptop that is constantly changing IP addresses, the cookie is the only reliable way to be sure whether you have voted or not.
