Two men arrested at MacDill AFB near Tampa (location of Central Command) for trying to enter a gate with weapons and no proper ID. Stories vary on whether it is a man and a woman or two men.
Is there any religion that has a tactic of having men dress up like women and then saying that conducting searches of women is wrong? Hmmm….. the military is not going to make any further statement until this morning….
Update
The couple was an AWOL soldier and his girlfriend. They had 3 handguns, 3 rifles and ammuntion. He had been AWOL since April and was stationed in Kansas.
In their quest to find the truth, Fox News talked to the soldier’s father, who explained that his son was just a stupid kid, and this entire thing was much ado about nothing.
It’s interesting how the Fox News story doesn’t mention that MacDill is where Central Command is and an Army soldier was trying to enter an Air Force Base. Sounds pretty “innocent” to me.
