SCO is “this close” to dead. The bankruptcy judge in charge of the SCO bankruptcy refused SCO’s request to sell its “claim” to Unix assets, the source of a prolonged and unsuccessful campaign to undermine Linux. The judge believes any further pursuit of lawsuits is just wasting the small amount of remaining assets.
