President of ACORN is not very smart. When given the opportunity on CSPAN to “say something to Glenn Beck”, she could have said “I would like to thank him for bringing this problem to my attention, and we’re working hard to solve the problems that were identified”. Instead, she implicityly confirmed that the issues are systemic and true by going after Beck with the “Race Card”, as if the couple were acting based on instructions from Glenn Beck on what to do. So far as I know, they were free lancing the whole thing, and Glenn only became aware of the video once they had all of the evidence completed. Also saying that “ACORN is 99% black and brown people” is pretty much admitting that they are not providing their services without regard to race or ethnicity, which should be another reason they lose all Federal Funding and be the target of a RICO investigation.
