“The Media” is freaking out about Glenn Beck. The Washington Post is flailing its useless arms at Fox News for saying that the other networks ignored the story (Hey, ABC mentioned it on their web site!)…
In trying to make the connection, the author of the article describes Glenn as the “head of the 9/12 movement that held the rally”, which means they clearly have not paid any attention to Beck for the last year. He is using Saul Alinksy’s own techniques against the Left. The 9/12 movement is not “headed” by anyone. It is a network of people who are self-organizing at the grass roots. Glenn has made it as clear as he can that he views himself as expendable – that he may well be killed. The 9/12 organization is not about or dependent on Glenn Beck. That’s why the “Media” is so confused when they talk to 9/12 people. They keep looking for a “leader” they can discredit, but all they keep finding is individuals :) Prepare for disrputive change.
