Glenn Beck is getting perilously close to the Truth. He’s had the “Aha!” moment realizing that “Progressives” [ed. and leaders of religions] view themselves as the farmer and the rest of humankind who aren’t enlightened or smart as “the sheep”.
You can’t look at the data published by the U.S. Census Department and come away with any other conclusion. The Government agency that was Constitutionally empowered only to count the number of people to apportion members of the House is now the monitoring arm of Progressive Policy that measures how well the “crop” (us) is doing. Are the sheep producing enough wool? Are they living long enough? Are they having enough lambs? Are they consuming more resources than their fair share?
Government has taken it one step further and must quantify everything by wool color, gender, income, educational background, country of origin – to measure and eliminate all inequality of the sheep. The US Census Department is really just a subset of the data gathering by the United Nations for the Globalists to control tribes of sheep. Browse through the CIA Factbook for a while and see what they considered worth knowing about contries.
The folly of this notion (among other things) is that the farmer is not just a smart sheep with a college education. When the Worker’s Revolution arrives, the Progressives will find out very quickly that they are not the farmer or the ranch hand – but they are the most expendable of the pampered sheep.
Totalitarians don’t like smart people, especially argumentative ones. A dictator needs people who can grow crops, drive trucks, cut wood, mine coal, make steel, slaughter cattle, suppress dissent, and fight wars without questioning authority – they don’t need poets, artists, musicians, authors, professors, philosophers and university students.
When a country is falling apart, your value is what you can do today – not the long term hard to measue benefits to society. Just look at Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot for recent examples who instituted genocide and how they started culling the herd by lining up people to be shot, being sent to slave labor camps or sent out to rice fields to plant rice by hand.

One interesting statistic is that people who fled the former Soviet Union and came to America became millionaires in one generation in statistically-significant numbers. Under totalitarianism, their talent and ability was criminalized; in a free society, they are the ones who build things and make themselves and others prosperous. This is something every progressive (and community organizer) needs to learn PRONTO.

Glad you brought up Mao. He adorns a lot of current T-shirts, and it is estimated he was resposible for 60 million dead. Remember the Cultural Revolution and the millions of students who slaughtered college professors and doctors and anyone with an education?
If only the T-shirt wearers would do their homework.
