Hannity steps into the trap

One of the big reasons I don’t like Hannity is he is constantly operating as a megaphone amplifying the message of his adversaries.    If some former host of MSNBC said that he heard George Bush had killed a camel and cut its heart out and performed a Satanic ritual, Hannity would spend his entire show saying “That’s not true” – exposing his audience to the nonsense  of his adversary – the one who had no audience.  He’s like the kid on the playground who runs around “Teacher Teacher, Johnny said a naughty word”…

So Hannity picked up the message “…But Barack Obama’s federal employees don’t have the right to collectively bargain…” as a way to defend the Governor’s actions in Wisconsin.

You don’t think Federal Employees would love to have that and President Obama would love to give it to them?   “Thanks Hannity for your support!”

I can’t stand him because of his “unrepentent terrorist” comments he said (about Ayers) only about 30 times a show during his pre-election shows.

I can’t believe the way he treats callers – the guy who is a professional talker is conceding and rude to people who call in to participate and don’t have the over rehearsed spiel. Badgering callers is shooting fish in a barrel, he has no class. Still troubled by his luxury approach to his musical events – it is absurd and embarrassing – he wears a heart on his sleeve, I suspect it is made of tin.

Rush mini-me, no mind or opinions or intellect of his own. Tuned him out long ago.

I used to like the guy. But, unfortunately, Hannity is a staunch Republican and not a conservative. He’s the only only who still call that AH Karl Rove “The Architect”. The architect of what? The Republican beating that gave us Obama? Hannity is always toeing the party line and yes he does serve as a mouth to the enemies of our country.

Good point, Art. Although I admire Hannity for his rise from menial obscurity to great success and riches, he tends to get on my nerves after a while (not nearly as fast as Savage, though), and I’ve often wondered what the advantage of giving stage and sounding board aid and comfort to the enemy possibly could be.

    I hear you Art.
But I believe it is much simpler than that.
The man is just not very smart. He can, at times be entertaining, but his intellect does not match his enthusiasm. He is hard to listen to on a daily basis, as are all of them.
With the possible exception of Rush. Levin too, but he hollers too much. And Ingraham has lost some listeners with her arrogance.
