2009 Nobel Peace Prize winner Barack Obama was forced to attack Libya by Hillary Clinton. That’s the narrative being planted in case the Libya thing turns out badly. If it is a great success (however one defines success), it was his idea all along. No wonder Hillary is leaving next year.
