We want an “up or down vote” on Health Care Insurance “Reform” according to President Obama, but when President Bush wanted his judge appointments approved by the U.S. Senate, Barack Obama refused his request for an “up or down vote” and insisted on a 60 vote majority on an issue on which the U.S. Senate had previously not allowed to be blocked by a filibuster.
