Phyllis Schlafly Update

Bored with radio, I decided to play today’s Alex Jones podcast. Just about as I was falling asleep, Phyllis Schlafly appeared. If you remember who she is, you’ll definitely want to seek it out.

Phyllis is 90 years old and had suffered a hip fracture in 2009 – an injury from which many people never recover. Not only is she well, but she hasn’t lost a step.

I pretty sure she knows who Alex Jones is and that she was talking with him 😉 The discussion covered a lot of ground, including how the Rockefeller Republicans forced Ronald Reagan to accept George Herbert Walker Bush as the Vice President after Reagan rejected the plan to let Gerald Ford usurp the Presidential powers of Reagan won.

Phyllis Schlafly is mostly known as the woman who led the successful fight against the Equal Rights Amendment.

Phyllis Schlafly was there primarily to promote a 50th anniversary version of her 1964 book “A Choice, not an Echo”
