Who is commanding the U.S. Military?

Today, the U.S. backed government of Yemen completed its collapse, resulting in a Saudi organized aerial bombardment of the positions of the group who overthrew the government, with this attacks coordinated by the U.S. military. In response, Iran is threatening war on its neighbors – remember that Iranians are Persians, not Arabs.

Iran holds enormouse influence already in Iraq, and if Iraq didn’t object – Iran could have troops in Kuwait in hours. Iran has been supporting the resistance in Yemen, but claims they aren’t behind the Houtis who chased the Saudi/US government into the sea.

While this is going on, President Obama is focused on rules about payday loans and planning his golf outing this weekend.

John McCain, the Chairman of the U.S. Armed Services Committee in the Senate is looking into the research money wasted on bomb sniffing elephants

Turkey has suffered a massive power outage. The U.S. is sending troops to Ukraine.

    Don’t panic! It’s isolated incidents

Oh, and Iran was just stringing John Kerry along. Who saw that coming?

Kerry’s not worried, the Heinz-Kraft merger will give him and “Ta-reza” a few more $ million to line their pockets while eliminating thousands more jobs. Anyone else hear NPR’s glowing coverage of how wonderful the Heinz-Kraft merger is? I was astounded as NPR’s reporters oozed over this terrific achievement with no mention of monopolistic practices and massive job cuts.

I can vaguely remember a time when we actually had some semblance of journalism in this country.

Ray Kroc’s (founder of McDonald’s) widow left her estate to NPR, valued at around $200 million. It’s been a long time since you heard any phony stories about McDonald’s destroying the Amazon rain forest, which had no connection to their business activities

Actually, I think there was a massive black hole that passed close enough to put us in a different dimension. Not the same planet I was born on.

    • Art Stone says:

John McCain has said that the Saudis didn’t tell Central Command about the bombing raid because they think the US is supporting Iran. The Iranians fighting in Tikrit to help the U.S. have withdrawn because they think we want to destroy them. God only knows what the Syrians think.

Maybe someone up in Alaska turned on theELF generators at project HAARP.
