Earthquake – caused by “Fracking”?

I’ll be the first to ask.

The quake was at only 1km depth, about where Fracking would be going on.

    Obama reportedly said that the quake occurred along the Bush fault.

    I agree with “Earthquake – caused by “Fracking”?” They are fracking their way up to central NY where I live.

      President Zero was briefed during a round of golf by Al Sharpton. He said it was the ‘white Devils’ in Virginia that tried to blow up North Anna Nuclear Power station. He advised President Zero to re-occupy Virginia, with federal troops(or Acorns).

      Shook my house pretty dam good, down here in Southwest Virginia! I thought the Verizon strikers had ‘Wildcat’ again and derailed a Norfolk Southern Coal train or something.

    The earthquake was caused by tectonic release of pressure built up over time. The reports that people, actual working people, caused the quake were fobbed off by the usual band of fracking idiots.

    Fracking has been used by oil and gas companies for decades, and no one has had their panties cinched up until the earth-worshippers came to town. It’s a harmless method used to release an oil or gas reservior captured within shale, or through certain kinds of rock. It’s been used for a long time in Texas and Oklahoma – how come no earthquakes there?

    Piquerist nailed it. There is one recorded event that was exascerbated by “fracking”. A “homesteader” had drilled himself a deep well to supply his home with water. Unfortunately for him, he forgot to ask around before doing so. He had drilled in the middle of gas rich shale formations with active fracking. He got dirty water and said he could light it on fire. Really?!

    The collective IQ of the human race has dropped 29 points since 1/20/2009.
