No, not the Mexico government gun running – the rate of change as David Axelrod and his sock puppet president push the pedal to the floor transforming America.
I currently receive real time Earthquake and Tsunami warnings via email, which often point to local news coverage going into crisis mode.
I was notified today that distribution of government communications like these is being shifted to govdelivery.com. Their purpose is to provide solutions to manage government to citizen digital communications. Among their other clients is the U.K. Parliament.
The founder of the company got his start doing this for the Minneapolis / St Paul government. The Twin Cities is the home of Prairie Home Companion, and its offspring American Public Media, if you aren’t sure of the politics of Minnesota, where the Dmicrsts still proudly touts the connection between themselves and the [Socialist] Farmer Workers Party.
Time to give up your marbles.
I got my wake-up call at 9:10 pm, Oct. 13, 2008. I expected America was going to have a ‘hard landing’ or whatever, but something big was coming on, or about Spring Equinox, 2013. After that date I expect the situation will become dicey.
Speaking of the Mexico connection, I heard Limbaugh say yesterday that commercials are airing in Mexico city and surrounding area for signing up for USDA SNAPs ! He said the U.S. government is paying for this.
SNAPs formerly known as food-stamps, which allegedly have less stigma.
Now they just credit your EBT card, so you may swipe it at your local Chiner-Mart for food, and look mainstream. Like a normal working family. You look like you are using a real honest to goodness debit card and private bank account. Unfortunately the goverment does not dress them, so you can still pick them out of the crowd.
Why are we advertising bene’s in mexico? We’re broke. You bring dregs from another country here, you will have gang activity and guarantee there will be a riot if the EBT card quits working.
Dumb-asses in Government.
Careful, Parrott, expecially when considering the sharp increase in SNAPs enrollment after 2009.
I wonder if we send absentee ballots to Mexico.
I have a bit of an issue with expats living permanently in other countries (and not subject to US laws on a daily basis) voting in elections. I know there is no legal basis for my feelings, but there they are.
Are absentee ballots even needed? Hells Bells, they will not even count the votes cast by voters physically present in country. As of 11/11/2012 there were 3,334,495 votes that remain uncounted in California.

Expats are not oblivious to what is coming, and truth be told, accurate and timely news about what happens inside America does occur outside it’s borders. I mean one should recognize the wisdom in residing as far away from the bullseye as reasonably possible.
