The head of the American Trial Lawyers Association is threatening to sue CBS if they drop progressive talk in Seattle. He currently is carried on the station on a weekend program that used to run on the long ago bankrupt Air America.
What he should do is start a class action law suit against everyone in America who doesn’t listen to his show.
Oh great!!! This could be fun to watch.

One of the mysteries to me is why radio syndicators think lawyers are intersting. Most of the above consider it a good day if they draw a 1% share in a market.
Word today there is a petition to “save WPOJ” circulating that has far more names on it than there are real people listening to the station. Some things you can count on, like the wind blowing in Chicago.
