Three year old Fidel Contreras was supposedly run over by accident while he was playing in the street of his trailer park, but nobody saw what happened. This happened on Friday – but not to worry, his mom gave birth to a daughter on Monday.
I wonder if it was an unlicensed, uninsured person without immigration documentation. Seems unlikely.
