MacOS and iOS are not vulnerable. MacOS had openSSl until 2012 but dropped it before incorporating the leaky version (did they know something?) – however it is possible that applications could have bound in the defective library. I doubt that exposed anything useful as applications don’t have visibility to kernel memory space

The Canadian equivalent to the IRS has been shut down as a precaution. Realistically, other than the NSA, nobody should have access to encrypted data streams even if they had the private key.
Good thing healthcare.gov was careful about security!
