Papa Joe Chevalier has died. He’s another of those people on the fringes of syndication that few people knew about unless you do “testing”..
Papa Joe did a sports talk show, which a heavy emphasis on Vegas and gambling. For a while, his show was carried on CRN Digital Radio. He was also on Lifestyle Radio Network for a while, and KLAV in Las Vegas.
So now if you need to know the latest line on the NBA finals, you’ll have to call up Steve Godfrey and ask him to relay the messages.
Rest in peace. I was a fan of his– when I could find his show. It bounced around so many networks, it was hard to find sometimes.
Cue the theme from “Patton.”
