The major market ratings came out today. The suffocation of the former ABC AM radio stations continues

WABC-AM – 1.5% share (-0.3)
Now half the audience of NPR WNYC-FM
WPLJ-FM – 2.1 (-0.4)
OK, it’s FM but was ABC Radio
* Los Angeles *
KABC-AM – 0.7 (no change)
* Chicago *
WLS-FM – 3.1 (-0.3)
WLS-AM – 1.4 (no change)
* San Francisco *
KSFO-AM – 2.2 (-0.1)
KGO-AM – 2.0 (-0.1)
* Dallas / Fort Worth *
WBAP-AM – 1.9. (-0.4)

Just a reminder that Mike Huckabee is ending his run with ABC/Cumulus, Billy Bush is going away from Westwood One – NASH country music is steamrolling over the local shows – the “savings” keep rolling on…

    WMAL-AM/FM in Washington DC came out today and was up by 0.4 to 4.8. Maybe it’s the Republicans coming to town.

    The biggest loser was WRKO-AM in Boston (not a Cumulus Station) which went from 3.3 to 2.2 with the departure of Howie Carr
