Now that the FCC “passed” so-called Net Neutrality with no review period and no opportunity for discussion, the staff of the FCC has written down what Tom Wheeler decided he thinks the law should be – being the czar of all communications. That text was released today, including staff rebuttals to the points raised by the commissioners opposing the regulations.

The FCC is closing most of its regional offices to save money. This probably means a boom in unlicensed transmitters – which is worse – people with a license not operating, or people without a license who are operating?
