News/Talk has been where Conservative Talk was found, with liberal talk split out as Progressive “Information” (aka propaganda talking points from the DNC and AFL/CIO)
My current goal is to split the huge groups into smaller categories, with probably under 200 stations each.
The starting point for creating this group was any station with “conservative” in the title, Salem’s talk stations and any streaming affiliate of Rush Limbaugh that was already in the syndicated conservative bunch.

If you’re interested in being the custodian of a genre, let me know. I’ll delegate to you the power to move stations into or out of groups. Prior help will be a major factor in that decision.

In the little bit I’ve done so far to do this, I’ve assumed a format may have more than one czar, which could have the effect of creating czar wars.
Art – I will take any or all of the news/talk formats. I have been focused on them anyway with a few wanderings into Christian Music. I have the news/talk at around 30 days currently.
For now, this is just keeping score. The plan, such as it is, is to turn over the more powerful editing tools to people who have demonstrated they are familiar with the genre and willing to help over time.
I’m improving those tools to make it mostly “point and click”, automatically finding updates and your role is to apply judgement. You’ve done enough now that you see the wide variation between easy slam dunk stations and the ones where the information is little more than a guess.
The verifying I’m doing doesn’t show up in those stats. Right now I’m doing stations between 180-240 days old
