Shooting for the record!

As a professional hermit, I didn’t realize the temperature today in Charlotte hit 99°.

The record all time temperature in Charlotte is 104° in 2012, but the record highs are normally in July. The all time record on June 16th is 97° – depending on Siri’s mood, Tuesday will either hit 100 or 102°, well within shooting distance of an all time high.

This afternoon I actually turned my thermostat up to 76° as it felt like the place was too cold. My crazy neighbor mentioned a couple weeks ago that it was way too hot when it was 75° outside and that he kept his condo set at 69°.

I’m not the crazy one, right?
