The NYTimes put together a little interactive graphic to see what the possible outcomes are, showing that Trump could win on the first ballot. They mostly reiterate what I’m seeing, which is California will decide this. Their math closely matches mine.
The truth that caused Beck to explode is there is no scenario under which Cruz can win on the first ballot, even if both Trump and Kasich quit.
If you crank things up as far as possible, Cruz will need 85% of every remaining race, including New York and New Jersey where Trump has 30%+ leads. Cruz has yet to win a state with more than 50%. It’s a pretty safe bet Rubio’s voters won’t be shifting to Cruz. Even if Trump suspends his campaign, Cruz can’t catch up. Tuesday, significant numbers of people are still voting for Carson and Bush, even though they know they stopped running.
Glenn Beck prides himself that Truth has no agenda. Neither does math. Cruz has no allies in the Republican Party and lots of adversaries.
Yup. Glenn Beck is a total loser, about time for him to have another fake health scare to sell his horrible books full of no substance.
Poor Beck – he had something with his “duct tape” bits many years ago. Now he is a shrill voice capable of whining on a moments notice.
Beck wants Ted and has been “all in” for months now. The sad part is, as you say, the truth is that Ted won’t be a factor unless he and Trump team up for a third party run. The interesting component is that there are many people who support him financially with Blaze TV and such. The down side is he doesn’t seem to be able to handle the reins and looks to drive the bus over the cliff at some point.
He attacked Kasich yesterday too. Told him to get out of the race.
I don’t think it matters, as Kasich supporters don’t like cruz or Trump, he may as well stay in.
Beck should go away, his ratings have to be in the basement.
I sent a email to WFIR Roanoke to drop Beck and pick up Chris Plante.

Beck’s “son of a bitch Kasich” remark was the cause for this message, although I didn’t get that specific. I hate when religious people start that fucking swearing.
Glenn Beck has apologized for that remark at least twice now. I’m religious and I’ve called Trump worse things. 😉
A poll just showed up with Trump +16 in California. California is Winner Take All, sort of. Some delegates are winner take all by Congressional District, some are the at large pool for the state.
A moderately tepid poll of Arizona is also out. It shows Trump winning, but a high percentage of people not stating a preference. This could be John McCain’s Waterloo, finally.
