Pepsi wants naked men in your daughter’s shower

PepsiCo CEO joins growing list of companies calling for LGBT law repeal

You may have heard that the legislature of North Carolina rushed into special session after the City of Charlotte passed an ordinance 7-4 to require businesses to allow people to choose the bathroom they wish to use.

The NC Legislature immediately went into special session and passed a law restating what the NC Constitution already states – that on issues in regards to commercial conduct, the State has sole authority to make laws. The vote was 82-26 in the House and 32-0 (with 11 cowards not voting) in the Senate – and was immediately signed by Governor Pat McCrory. The vote was bipartisan. It isn’t going to be repealed no matter how much the City Council of San Francisco objects.

If LGBT supporters think about this a moment, the idea of a city creating a law that overrules state law could go both ways. If every city could create different laws, a transgender person would never know what the law was.

Governor McCrory put out a detailed explanation of what the law says and doesn’t say.

The two most important things is the law requires people to use bathrooms or changing facilities that match their birth certificate, but not in single occupant facilities. The law protects the privacy of people so that, for instance, a little girl doesn’t see a person with a penis in the changing room at the YWCA.

After having gender reassignment surgery, there is already a process to have the sex on the birth certificate changed… But a transvestite who just enjoys wearing dresses can’t use the women’s shower and look at women naked. You’ll need to go somewhere else to do that.

The primary purpose of the Charlotte ordinance had very little to do with anything other than Pat McCrory is up for reelection in a state that is deliberately being invaded by progressive Democrats with the goal of “fixing” the “New South”. North Carolina is splitting in two – Charlotte and Raleigh – and the rest of North Carolina. The more outside agitators try to control NC, the more the Trump effect kicks in. The extra wild card is that black people in North Carolina are generally religious and Conservative, and not LGBTQ friendly.

It seems a lot of people have lost all common sense and decency.
I congratulate Governor McCrory . He is a much better governor than this loser we have here in Virginia, Gov McAweful.
The ‘LGBTQ’ & Hillery can go pound sand ! ( or anything else they usually pound)
    Best regards

McCrory is running against Roy Cooper, the current Attorney General (it’s an elected position). As a Democrat, he has been vocal against pretty much everything McCrory and the Republican majority have tried to do.

Right now, the race is a dead heat. Undoubtedly, Cooper’s support is in Charlotte, Research Triangle and to a lesser extent in Asheville. This is exactly the type of race that could be altered by how the situation of the Presidential nominee is settled, or not.

HB2 says you are the sex indicated on your birth certificate.

AFTER completing sex reassignment surgery, your birth certificate can be changed. If a man no longer has a penis and testicles, the dynamics change. Women may still feel uncomfortable, but without the equipment and testosterone, the risks go down a lot.

Transvestite is not a down payment on transgender. You get to use the women’s shower only after you’ve completed the step from which there is no turning back.

I wonder if I’ve ever been in a bathroom with a female to male transgender person. Would they leave the toilet seat up?

well I saw on CBS Morning show this Saturday morning, The ‘Boss’ has turned ‘wuss’.
” I’m not playing in NC because LBGT/Reptilian/alien, and anything else I may have left out, don’t want me playing guitar there. NC scares me and I can’t go there, because san Francisco’s best tells me not to go to NC” yeah something like that.

When did Bruce F-inf Springsteen become a gay rights activist and who gives a rip about what he thinks ?
