Jano Fuentes was shot outside Tras Bambalinas (Backstage), a music school he operated. He came to Chicago after participating in the Mexican version of “The Voice”. An unknown person walked up to him sitting in his red convertible and demanded he get out of the car. When he refused, he was shot three times in the head. He was removed from life support on Saturday after his sister arrived from Mexico.
