I don’t want to sound totally eccentric – but millions of young unattached, unemployed, men who are systematically locked out of universities and not married are going to become a huge public safety issue.

You are correct about the unattached young unemployed boys. Maybe they need to be carted off into the military to settle them down? I don’t know. May just make them angry unattached young unemployed boys. But when the government subsidizes these sorts of things with welfare its Unintended Consequences.
