That was hilarious, but it is only applicable to 65% of Hispanics. I suspect that Mexicans representing 61% of Hispanics here in the USA voted almost in toto for Hillary. Cubans on the other side tend to be Republicans and Puerto Ricans are 55-45 Hillary.

Oligarchy probably works. A handful of European families own almost everything. The short period of time when Mexicans tried to run Mexico is when the French showed up and took over Mexico City to install their Mexican king. If it hadn’t been for Abraham Lincoln, Mexicans would be speaking French today.
