Login issues

For reasons I don’t fully understand yet, clicking on the link to login to comment does not work under some situations. If this happens, use the Blog Login link in the menu right above this post.

Parrot: I swear, we must be each other’s doppleganger –classic diesel trucks, Airstreams, model trains– I have that same Dell laptop, an M70 Precision (aka D630). Runs everything I’ve ever thrown at it; only drawback is that it’s 32 bit.

Killer ! ‘Doppleganger’ Thats a word you had to wait a long time to work into a sentence, I bet : )
        awesome.

First time I heard that word was when I was about 9 years old, from the movie: “Journey to the Far Side of the Sun”

Nope, no bike (the new Indians seem better than Hogs)… but I do have a scary black Armalite Fifteen, named Colt.

Reminds me of the 1980s and the death of the evening newspaper. Everyone was upset that there would be only morning newspapers left….

Or more to the point with this blog, the 1970s concern of the death of music stations on AM radio.

No one mourned the death of the carburetor.

“And te tide and te time þat tu iboren were, schal beon iblescet.”

Had my first log in issue today. I had logged in several times with both Chrome and Firebox and each time the site accepted my credentials but returned me to the page without being logged in. It had never happened to me before and I am not sure why it happened today. I had gone to bed logged in and not logged out, so it logged me out to make this happen. Hope that info helps solve the mystery.

Click on the login link at the top – the issue is that the blog somewhat randomly pretends a faux server name in front (ie Conservative-talk.streamingradioguide.com) which the blog thinks is a different blog.

If you did click on the login st the top and it forgets you, the cookie is being blocked
