Haha… the San Francisco Chronicle just called Barack Obama a Muslim cleric. For sure, he doesn’t have a Christian baptismal certificate. If you are baptised as an adult, do they give you one? Some of the Stalin-era Politburo used to say that meetings would be taken up by an inordinate amount of clapping because the members were scared of execution if they didn’t clap long enough or hard enough for Joe. I wonder if there is such a climate brewing among the White House press pool (or how much of this is real “Obama love” versus fear of being banished from the pool).
