The uniforms were being made in Quito, not imports from China

FARC has been fighting against the Loyalist government of Coumbia as long as Qadaffi has been dictator of Libya. They get their funding from narco trafficing.

FARC gets their funding from Hugo Chavez, primarily, then from narcotrafficking, Evo Morales, Daniel Ortega in that order. The sad situation is that Colombia is one of our last friends south of the border by allowing the US Army, mainly 7th Special Forces Gp stationed Soto Cano Air Base in Honduras to train the Colombian Army in counterinsurgency, training which Obama is has reduced to about 1/3rd of what is was during Bush. Eventually, the FARC will win and Colombia will become another People’s Democratic State.
