Perhaps what Trump had in mind

Barack Obama Sr’s immigration file.
One document confirms the date and place of birth of Barack Obama II (sorry, holdout birthers)
Much of the file is related to why he was forced to leave the country in 1964. He had been at Harvard working on his PhD in Economics, but hadn’t selected a topic, and had run out of money.
Several of the documents raise concerns that his wife in Hawaii may be unaware that he has a wife in Kenya. Barack Sr says that in his country all a husband has to do is say is “I divorce you” and he’s divorced. Immigration says that if his wife in Hawaii (who is living with her parents) were to try to get him permanent resident status as a spouse, that they should discuss his Kenyan marital status issue with her and closely determine the facts about his wife in Kenya.
