NATO reported they spotted Government forces laying mines in the harbor of Haiphong… errr Misurata to attempt to cut the flow of “humanitarian” aid feeding and refueling the civilian “Freedom fighters”

Over at the border crossing, government troops crossed well over the border into Cambodia… errrr Tunisia in pursuit of rebels. They were captured by the Tunisian military. One report says the border post is back in rebel hands. It’s possible the Libyan forces fled into Tunisia to surrender, although the BBC story doesn’t mention that
